Ling Xu, Country Director China at Paragon Group

Following Ling's under graduate and post graduate studies she spent a year with Paragon in the UK before returning to China to set up the Paragon Office in Shanghai in 2009.

In addition to assisting in the development of Paragon Law's Legal business in China Ling has also developed Paragon International services. In 2010 Paragon became the official partner to Zed Pavilion during the Shanghai World Expo. Paragon's role was to ensure that Zed Pavilion received maximum coverage through a robust PR strategy and indeed Zed Pavilion was one of the highest visited Pavilions at the Expo.

Paragon continue to act as PR advisors to Zed Pavilion. Ling has developed strong relationships both for Paragon and our clients with the Chinese local Governments particularly in the cities of Yangzhou city and Ningbo city. Ling is actively involved in projects involving the collaboration of Chinese businesses with our clients in the UK, India and Nigeria. Ling is sought after to build relationships for companies entering China, including assisting in negotiations and deal making.
