Decla graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a first class law degree and was recently awarded a distinction after completing the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Decla was previously a caseworker at the Protection of Human Rights in Public Law.

She is a member of Young Legal Aid Lawyers and has a keen interest in campaigning for access to justice for all.
