Khadijah graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in Business & Law. Khadijah completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and later the Legal Practice Course with a combined Masters. This included completion of a project closely relating to Appendix FM in respect of entry clearance for spousal applications.

 

Khadijah has previously worked in the voluntary sector particularly with Citizens Advice Bureau for a significant period of time. Most recently, she has completed her training contract where she has gained experience in Asylum including appeals at the First-tier Tribunal, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. Khadijah has also conducted her own advocacy at the First-tier Tribunal. She has also worked in other areas of immigration such as: deportation, entry clearance applications, extensions and judicial review. Khadijah qualified as a Solicitor in May 2019.
