Kirin Abbas, Legal Service Director at Paragon LawKirin’s area of practice includes advising employers on the management of their Sponsorship Management System (including acting as a Level 1 User for a large number of our clients) and advises on Tier 2 Allocations and Applications. 

With extensive experience in the Education sector, Kirin is the first point of contact to our clients in this sector on Tier 4 international student matters.  

Kirin also has an increasing number of clients who require advice and assistance on business and work related visa applications for India. 


Additionally, Kirin provides regular training to international students and international student advisors at a number of universities and colleges, including OISC training to non-legal advisors.  Kirin recently advised on the design of the syllabus for the Immigration module of the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School where she is also a guest lecturer on this subject.
