Lydia specialises in representing clients in relation to Tier 2 of the points based system, including sponsor licence applications, sponsorship of individual employees and also wider compliance issues. She is experienced in using the Sponsorship Management System and can work in partnership with client in order to help them through all necessary reporting requirements.

Her background in employment law allows her to take a holistic approach, taking into consideration both immigration and employment law issues. In addition, Lydia advises on applications under Tier 4 of the points based system.
