Marcus Worthington, Group Operations Director at Paragon LawAs Paragon Group Operations Director, Marcus has a wide range of responsibilities across all of our offices throughout the world. Key areas include managing and improving IT and communication systems and infrastructure globally to ensure that all of Paragon's staff and clients benefit from  investment in technology such as our excellent case management system and video conferencing facilities. As a qualified Prince 2 Project Manager Marcus is additionally the HR Director and oversees client care, risk and compliance issues within the framework of Lexcel and Investors in People quality standards which leads to a consistently high level of service from each of Paragon's offices, all of the time. Additionally, Marcus's prior experience of 8 years working within the Legal Services Commission at senior levels leads him naturally to manage all aspects of Paragon Law's large Legal Aid contract. Finally, Marcus is Paragon’s designated Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) for the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
