Nigel Smith is the head of Paragon Law’s Private and Family team and has 20 years’ experience as an immigration lawyer.  Nigel qualified as a solicitor in New Zealand before settling in the UK some years ago. 'Having been recommended by a friend, I decided to use Paragon in January of this year to represent me in the successful application of a fiancée visa. The diligence and professionalism of the staff, from reception to our caseworker Nigel, was much admired and it was evident that the company is a trustworthy and efficient one'  - Christian

'A few months ago my friend Parisa Eliyon recommended Paragon to help for an immigration query. My girlfriend is an American citizen and looking to move to the UK and Nigel Smith advised us that becoming a student was the best way to be in the country for now. Yesterday my girlfriend was accepted into the University of Edinburgh to study TESOL Msc. and will be moving over in August. We wanted to say a huge thank you to Nigel Smith for helping us. It saved us an enormous amount of time, money and pain. We both really appreciate his expertise and understanding.' - Janette Laurente and Daniel James-Watling

'After hearing great things about Paragon Law and after such disappointment putting my trust in other solicitors, I decided as my last hope to go with Paragon Law for my husbands visa issue. Our consultant Nigel Smith was amazing, reassuring and very skilled at his job. He made sure he did his very best for us and was very understanding of our situation. Luckily my Tunisian husband was granted his stay here in the UK with me and our 1 year old daughter. I can finally say for first time how delighted and pleased we are and we can finally look forward to our future. We couldn't of done it without you Nigel and couldn't of asked for a more simple, quick and successful process! Thank you.'  - Mrs Jelassi
