We are an award winning, market-leading niche immigration law firm based in Nottingham City Centre. We are seeking a highly motivated professional administrator with excellent customer service skills to join our dynamic team. We require a good all-rounder to provide administration skills and assistance to our lawyers in the Asylum team. We are looking for someone who has the ability to deliver outstanding customer care in a busy multi-national environment.

This role will be supporting the Asylum team with day to day administration duties:
•    Preparation of letters and documents
•    Form filling
•    Diary management
•    Arranging appointments for clients
•    Preparation of bundles to court
•    Audio typing

This is not a traditional secretarial role and as such we are looking for someone with the following qualities:
•    Flexible
•    Quick to learn
•    Able to prioritise tasks
•    Able to work well under pressure
•    Experience of the legal sector and/or dealing with foreign nationals would be advantageous
•    Touch typing experience would also be advantageous

It is also important that the successful candidate is an excellent team-player as they will be joining a hard-working, busy and professional administration team.

This role would particularly suit someone wanting to develop their business administration skills looking for that first step on the career ladder, or an experienced Administrator or Secretary looking for a fast paced, contemporary role.


•    25 days holiday, rising by 1 day each year, to a maximum of 30 days.
