General Business Administrator

We are a market-leading niche immigration law firm, and we are looking for a highly motivated professional administrator who has a positive outlook, is keen to learn and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

This role will be supporting our whole team with general administration duties, reception cover, assisting with the booking of interpreters for appointments and providing specific secretarial support during periods of leave. Therefore, we require someone who is willing to learn and has excellent prioritising, organisational, planning and customer service skills to join our team. Ultimately, we require good all-round administration skills and in particular the ability to deliver outstanding customer care in a busy multi-national environment.

It is also important that the successful candidate is an excellent team-player and has an ability to adapt and manage their own workload effectively under pressure as they will be assisting a busy fee-earning team.

This role would particularly suit someone looking to develop their business administration skills looking for that first step on the career ladder, or an experienced Administrator, Receptionist or Secretary looking for a fast-paced contemporary role.

Job Type:

This role is a part time, 12-month fixed term position. Hours are 09:00 – 17:00.

Salary:

The salary on offer is £16,000 per annum.
