Please see below for a full list of our fees, split by team. All prices quoted are without VAT.

Corporate Team Fees |
Skilled Worker ECStandard fee- £1,650 plus VAT Complex cases- £2,000 plus VAT Includes initial advice, considering JD, relevant Immigration Rules, start/end dates, gathering info for the CoS, requesting DCOS and assigning the same, dealing with UKVI queries on DCOS request if they arise. Advising on necessary supporting documents and checking the same, including English Language evidence, police checks and TB tests if required. Drafting application form, written representations and index, detailed instructions to applicant on application pack and appointment, advising on outcome, closing advice, ad hoc queries. |
Skilled Worker Change of EmploymentStandard fee- £1,450 plus VAT Complex cases- £1,750 plus VAT Includes initial advice, considering JD, relevant Immigration Rules, start/end dates, gathering info for the CoS, assigning CoS, drafting application form, written representations where relevant and reviewing all supporting documents and uploading these. Advising and assisting with either a biometric appointment or using UKVI’s APP to provide biometric information. Advising on outcome, closing advice, ad hoc queries. |

Intra-Company Transfer ECStandard fee- £1,450 plus VAT Complex cases- £1,750 plus VAT Includes initial advice, considering JD, relevant Immigration Rules, requirement for service evidence, start/end dates, gathering info for the CoS, assigning CoS. Indefinite Leave to Remain (Skilled Worker)Standard fee- £1,100 plus VAT Complex cases- £1,300 - £1, 600 plus VAT – depending upon the complexity of the case Includes advising on requirements and submission methods, advising on essential documents including ensuring English language evidence is still valid and also Life in the UK test requirements. Providing template for employer to use for letter of support. Advising on residence requirement and absences from the UK. Gathering information and drafting for SET(O) and detailed written representations. Advising on format in which documents must be submitted. Submitting application. Collating and post pack or providing detailed advice to client re this and checking full pack if desired. Considering outcome and advising on this same. |
Student Visa ECStandard fee- £950 plus VAT Complex cases- £1,150 plus VAT Includes advising on requirements and procedure. Advising on essential documents and format and considering the same. Gathering information and drafting online form plus written submissions. Submitting application and collating document pack OR advising client on the same and checking document pack if provided to us. Advising on potential interview questions and preparation. Considering decision and advising on the same. |
Application CheckStandard fee- £350 plus VAT Complex cases- N/A Includes considering application form and documents pack and representations provided by the client and ready to submit. Written OR verbal advice re any essential documents or information missing, whether applicant meets the rules, documents in wrong format. NOTE that this is not designed for clients with complex cases, in particular where they may be refused based on the general grounds for refusal. We are not in a position to provide detailed advice on such fact specific issues in this way. |
Initial AppointmentsStandard fee- £90 plus VAT Complex cases- N/A NOTE this is for a 30 minute appointment. |
Dependents applying with main applicantStandard fee- £450 plus VAT Complex cases - £650 - £850 plus VAT depending upon the complexity of the case Includes drafting application form and advising on additional documents required including additional maintenance requirements. |
PBS dependents applying aloneStandard fee- £850 plus VAT Complex cases- £1050 plus VAT Includes initial advice, gathering information, drafting application and representations, advising on documents required, advising regarding online submission and in person appointment. Advising on decision. |
NOTE complex cases are those that involve unusual issues, such as an adverse immigration history, potential refusal on the general grounds for refusal or a similar adverse history for a sponsor. |

Settlement Protection (Refugees/Humanitarian Protection/Stateless Persons applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain):
Legal Aid funding is available for Settlement Protection applications but is subject to financial eligibility. As part of our new client process information will be taken to facilitate an initial indication to the client as to whether they may be eligible for legal aid funding. |

Private/Family Life – Initial Application Running Alongside Protection Claim
Some clients may be eligible for legal aid funding on an exceptional case basis to cover the costs of a private or family life application. This is assessed by the Legal Aid Agency on a case by case basis. Where a client may be eligible for this, their representative will discuss the merit of such an application for funding. |

DisbursementsYou will be responsible for paying the expenses (also known as disbursements ) on your case. The most common expenses in immigration cases are the visa application fee which can be found here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/visa-regulations-revised-table and the immigration health surcharge details of which can be found here https://www.gov.uk/healthcare-immigration-application/how-much-pay. If there are any other specific expenses, these will be discussed with you before they are incurred. |
